  • ½ cup minced cucumber
  • 1 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. For best results let sit for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
