    For a little friendly competition, you can create workout challenges for others to complete or join a public challenge created by iFit. This feature is a great way to get those competitive juices flowin’ and rollin’!

  5. Check your stats

    All of your completed workouts are tracked, saved, and ready to view anytime on iFit.com. Check your running stats from six months ago or your cycling stats from last week. It’s all there.

  6. Improve your Fit Score

    We’ll take into account your nutrition, activity, and sleep stats, then quantify your lifestyle on a scale from 0–100. This number represents your overall fitness level.

  7. Plan your schedule

    Using the workout schedule, you can add or drop workouts according to what works for you. This feature holds you accountable and allows you to plan ahead so you can better manage your fitness.

  8. View leaderboards

    With leaderboards, you can quickly see how your workout performance stacks up against other members. It’s also a great way to stay motivated and drive your competitive edge.

  9. Log and track your nutrition

    Half the battle of living healthy is eating right. You can log your meals and calories right from your dashboard. We’ll keep track of your calories consumed, net calories, protein intake, and more.

  10. Add multiple accounts

    You can add up to 3 extra users to your account for free, which means a few of your friends or family members can have access to all these amazing features, too.

  1. Experience Google Maps™ workouts

    Through our partnership with Google Maps™, we’re able to deliver workouts to you anywhere in the world. Whether you want to run the streets of Paris or climb to the summit of Mt. Fuji, you can work out anywhere you want.

  2. Watch Street View images

    Depending on your equipment, Street View images of your Google Maps workout will appear either on your console or tablet. If you’re someone who gets easily bored on exercise machines, this is a cool feature that helps pass the time as you really enjoy your workout.

  3. Enjoy incline-matching technology

    To make your Google Maps workout feel even more real, our incline-matching technology will automatically adjust the incline and decline on your equipment to match the outdoor terrain of your desired route. Pretty cool, huh?

  4. Browse a gigantic fitness library

    Our fitness library is jam-packed with hundreds of fitness programs and thousands of workouts. With everything from easy to advanced, weight loss to marathon training, we have it all.

  5. Build your own workouts

    If you can’t find what you’re looking for in our fitness library, you can create your own map, time, or distance based workouts. That way, you’ll have complete control over all of the settings and you can tailor it to your exact needs.
