  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen peaches
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

  1. Blend spinach, kale, milk, and yogurt until well combined.
