- 1½ cups raw pepitas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until the pepitas are evenly coated.
3. Spread out on a baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes.
