If you’re not familiar with RockMyRun, it’s a music platform that houses thousands of remixes, all created by professional DJs. And they’re not just any remixes. They’ve been uniquely built to maximize performance and increase enjoyment while you exercise.
You can personalize each mix to your ideal steps per minute, heart rate, or cadence, so that you always hear the right song at the right time at the right tempo.
How to use RockMyRun on your phone:
- Download RockMyRun on Google Play or the App Store.
- Open the app, select Login.
- Tap Login with Partner Apps.
- Tap iFit, then sign in to your iFit account.
- Tap Allow to give RockMyRun access to your profile.
- Once you’re in, pick a mix and start your workout!
How to use RockMyRun on fitness equipment:
- Log in to iFit on your machine, if you’re not already logged in.
- Start a workout.
- Swipe left to the RockMyRun screen. (Depending on your machine, you may be prompted to swipe left either during or after your warmup.)
- Scroll through all the genres, then select the mix you want to listen to.
- Tap play to start listening!
RockMyRun is currently only available on equipment with a 7-inch or 11-inch tablet built in. It will soon be available on the 22-inch!

I found RockMyRun on my iFit enabled treadmill during this morning’s run. I don’t know how long it’s been available, but it’s very cool! Thanks for making iFit just a little bit better! Keep it up!

I have an iFit premium account, but when I try to use the partner app on Rock My Run, I get the following message after selecting the Allow button “Something went wrong. Please try to login again”.

Is there any way to advance through the songs on each individual playlist? I notice most of them are 70 minutes long and since I currently only walk/run about 30 minutes per workout, I never get to hear the songs past the half way mark. And if I don’t like a song, I’d like to be able to skip it. Thanks!

Hi Debbie! They are advertising that you can skip songs through an Apple watch, so I assume you can through the app as well. You amy need to contact their support team for more info. Sorry I wasn’t more help!

Why can’t I connect RockMyRun to my Nordic track 2450 treadmill? I have premier ifit membership . I get nothing on the equipment. I can play it my phone though. When I swip the tablet left or right I get nothing. What could be wrong? Thanks

Why can’t i access rock my fitness or on-demand LiveCast with my new X22i Incline Trainer? It just has a very basic level of options with no Bluetooth options for my phone to sync? I have the premium membership? The first one I received didn’t even turn on and so they sent me another one.

Wow this 22inch tablet is a big waste of 💰 I have no Bluetooth no interaction with Apple 🍎 iOS stuff and now no music. Very dissatisfied!! Machine is great but could have bought a regular treadmill for a lot less. Heck it took me hours just to figure out how to turn it off. The button says off/reset
not off/ on. I am not usually technologically challenged but day 3 still fighting this thing.

I bought your top of the line product – the 2950 and yet I can’t connect it to rock my run and when I do connect to my own music by plugging in my iPhone- since I can’t use Bluetooth with this machine for some really odd reason- the speakers have lots of static.
The machine also shocks me on a regular basis.

-one more comment- a 22” screen should allow for a TV connection. I have to try and watch tv on my iPhone with this giant useless screen in front of me. The workouts are nice but Runners like to follow their training plans for runs. If you use a video workout you can’t alter the speed or incline without crashing the program. If you use a workout that has pictures, after about 18 minutes the pictures freeze and stop changing.
If you are going to charge $2,600 for a machine it should have working functionality.

How do I connect RockMyRun to my Proform 5000 treadmill? I purchased the IFit Coach membership for one year. After I log on and start a workout I tried to swipe left but nothing happens. I am able to log on to the app on my phone but I would like to enable it on my treadmill. Thanks!

Only the ‘demo’ playlists are available like the 2017 valentine’s mix. Uhm.. it’s 2018. I downloaded the app on my phone and try connecting and it only goes about 15 minutes before the ifit app crashes, music stops, screen goes black. Then it boots up and same thing. I can’t seem to run with RMR on my proform 9000. Why? Thanks.

Same issue here on my Nordic Track T23 fails to find any results for any genres.
It used to work perfectly with no issue, unfortunately had not used the machine for a good few months so can’t say exactly when it stopped.

I have a brand new Grand Tour bike with a 7 inch touchscreen tablet.
Followed the instructions exactly as you have them on the web. The iFit login fails on both my iPhone and iPad when I try to log in with my iFit credentials.
Goes to a screen on the iFit website saying an error has occurred and that the iFit team is working on it.
This is lame. If it does not work pull down the instructions, fix the problem, and then put it back up.
This seems to be a recurring theme with your software. I am still awaiting tech support to just show me a way to schedule workouts from your Cardio app that I use on my iPad with my (also brand new) SE7i elliptical. The tech support person seems to have no idea of what to do.
I was the VP of sales fora $500 million dollar company and tech support reported to me. This level of poor response and lack of competence would not have been tolerated in my organization.
You folks need to step it up and get a lot better.
