- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 scoops vanilla Nourish protein powder*
- ¼ cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- ¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
