1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 fresh lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
5 ounces vanilla soy yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cardamom
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 serving vanilla Nourish plant-based protein powder
1 cup ice
