This has become my favorite fruit pizza recipes. The white chocolate adds a little sweetness, while also creating a barrier between the yogurt and matzo cracker, so the crust doesn’t get soggy. It’s quick, easy to make, and you can make it ahead of time for your Passover celebrations. You may want to double or triple the recipe, because it will go fast!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup white chocolate
  • 2 sheets matzo
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fruit of choice

Directions

  1. Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until it’s melted smooth.
  3. Spread the chocolate onto the two sheets of matzo.
  4. Set aside to harden for 10 minutes.
  5. Top the chocolate with the yogurt—spread evenly.
  6. Add your choice of fruit.
