What good is a number if you don’t know what to do with it?

Let’s use me as an example again. If I only slept for about four hours last night, it might suggest that I try to shut down my electronics for about an hour before I go to bed or to get some sunshine during the day. Basically, it’ll help me create new habits to sleep a little better tomorrow.
