Ingredients

  •  6 medium carrots
  •  1 tablespoon olive oil
  •  2 tablespoons fresh dill
  •  ½ teaspoon salt

 Directions

  1. Peel the carrots, then cut them in half.
  2. Toss the carrots with the olive oil, dill, and salt.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
