Grilled Dill Carrots

Makes 2 servings
- 6 medium carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Peel the carrots, then cut them in half.
- Toss the carrots with the olive oil, dill, and salt.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
