Check Your Stats

From the Home screen on the app, tap the bar graph icon in the bottom, right corner of the green Nutrition section. Here, you’ll find your stats for:

  • Calorie Intake
  • Net Calories
  • Macronutrients (Carbohydrates, Fiber, Sugar, Protein, and Fat)
  • Micronutrients (Saturate Fat, Cholesterol, Sodium, Potassium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, and Iron)

View Your Calorie Targets

Based on your unique information and goals, we’ll recommend personalized calorie targets for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks! These targets will actually adapt throughout the day, depending on what you’ve done. For example, if you skip breakfast, do an extra workout, or have a doughnut instead of an apple for your morning snack, we’ll adjust your calorie targets accordingly. All you have to do is log your calories, and we’ll take care of the rest!

To check what your calorie targets are for the day, simply tap the green Nutrition section from the Home screen to expand the meal types.

Log Calories

To quickly log your calories, follow these steps:

  1. From the Home screen, tap the green Nutrition section.
  2. Tap the clipboard icon on the right-hand side of the meal that you want to log.
  3. You’ll be taken to the Quick Log screen, which is a simple log of just your calories, meal type, and the date. If you need to make any changes, simply tap the respective areas. If not, tap the checkmark in the top, right corner to confirm.
  4. You’ll see a success message, then click OK.
  5. Back on the Home screen, you should see your stats update immediately.

If you want to log a specific food item, follow the first two steps listed above, then tap My Foods on the left of Quick Log. From there, you can search for your food item and fill out the rest of the information.

There’s also the option to log calories using the built-in barcode scanner, found in the top, right corner.

Another way you can access the calorie-logging screen is by tapping the plus sign in the bottom, right corner of the Home screen, then selecting Nutrition.
