• 2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 sheet matzo
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ cup veggies of choice, chopped


  1. Spread the cream cheese evenly onto a sheet of matzo.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic salt and chopped veggies. (I like zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, and red onions.) This doesn’t store well, so enjoy it fairly quickly after making.
