  • 6 cups corn kernels, cooked
  • ⅓ cup minced cilantro
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 small jalapeño, minced

 Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate and serve cold.
