Our nutrition team has spent countless hours creating recipes that are not only yummy, but also good for you. Even though most of them are pretty easy to prepare, we’ve created videos so you can follow along!
To find the video recipes, follow these three simple steps:
- From Today’s Plan in the iFit Coach app, tap the green Nutrition section.
- Then, tap any of the recommended meals or snacks. You’ll be taken to our recipe filter page.
- Tap Other (under Recipe Filters), then check the Video box. This will show you all of our recipes that have step-by-step video instructions.
