Here at iFit, we like to enjoy our favorite foods, but we try to make ‘em a little healthier, so many of our recipes are remakes of classic dishes and dressings. For this recipe, we used a little honey and mustard to get that classic flavor, and then added nonfat Greek yogurt, so we could enjoy this yummy salad dressing with less fat and calories. It’s very simple to whip it up, so give it a try!
