- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (gluten free, if needed)
- 1 tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl or cup and blend with an immersion blender using the whip attachment. This also blends easily with a fork. However, an immersion blender works better.
