- 5 clementines, peeled
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free, if needed)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Then microwave for 30 seconds at a time and stir until chocolate is nice and smooth.
- Dip each clementine slice halfway into the chocolate and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Repeat until all slices have been dipped and sprinkled with salt. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
