• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3 large bananas


  1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  3. Melt in the microwave (on power level 2) for 1 minute. Stir, then repeat microwaving process until chocolate is fully melted.
  4. Cut each banana into 12 equal rounds.
  5. Dip banana rounds into chocolate, then place on wax paper.
  6. Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day.
  7. Keep leftovers in the freezer.
