Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Wash asparagus. Cut off ends, then cut stalks into thirds.
  3. Toss asparagus, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large pan.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, turn over, then cook another 5 minutes.
