- 2 cups 1% milk
- ¼ cup whole anise seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- In a medium saucepan, bring the milk and anise seeds to a slow boil.
- Turn down and simmer for five minutes.
- Remove from heat, then strain out the anise.
- Stir in the honey and drink warm.
