Getting enough sleep is one of the most important aspects to living a healthy life. You’ll feel more energized and ready to take on the day. So let me show you how to effectively utilize and manage the sleep feature on your iFit wearable! You’re wearable will track your light sleep, deep sleep, awake time, the number of times you woke up, and when you fell asleep and woke up for the day. Sleep is such an individual thing, so by tracking your sleep and comparing it to your nutrition intake and workout stats, you can see which patterns work best for you. Whether you need carbohydrates at night or to work out in the morning for better sleep. With the Coach app it will be easier to keep track of your patterns to help you sleep better.
To set up your sleep time alarm and morning alarm, the Coach app will guide you through it during your initial setup. You’ll need to enable Auto Sleep Mode. Auto Sleep Mode is a feature that automatically changes your device from Awake mode to Sleep mode each night. It allows you to set times when you want to go to bed and when you want to wake up. You can enable an alarm that buzzes you when it’s time for bed and when it’s time to wake up. Set a Smart Sleep Window to wake you at the ideal time each morning. For example, if you set your Wake Up Time at 5 a.m. and your Smart Sleep Window at 15 minutes, the device will buzz you if it detects light sleep anywhere from 4:45 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. If you wake up while you’re in light sleep, your body will feel fresh and well rested in the morning.
Viewing your sleep stats
- From the Home page, scroll down, then click the purple sleep tab.
- To view details of your sleep, press the bottom, right bar symbols.
- To log your sleep manually, click on the (+) in the right-hand corner of the Home page.
- Click on the moon icon.
- Select your Start Time and End Time.
- Click the check mark in the upper, right corner to save.
