- 1 large egg
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 (4-ounce) can light tuna fish, drained
- Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients together. Divide into six patties.
- Add patties to skillet and cook on medium heat.
- Cook patties until both sides are a light brown.
