INGREDIENTS
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1  cups pineapple juice
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients, except for chicken, in a bowl to make a marinade.
  2. Place chicken pieces in marinade and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Grill or bake until cooked through.
