INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts, bone and skin removed
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix last 5 ingredients in a bowl to form a marinade.
  2. Place chicken pieces in marinade and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Grill or bake to preferred tenderness.
