- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cups pineapple juice
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Mix all ingredients, except for chicken, in a bowl to make a marinade.
- Place chicken pieces in marinade and refrigerate overnight.
- Grill or bake until cooked through.
