- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, bone and skin removed
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Mix last 5 ingredients in a bowl to form a marinade.
- Place chicken pieces in marinade and refrigerate overnight.
- Grill or bake to preferred tenderness.
