Ingredients

  • Canola spray oil
  • 2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup Whole Foods Market™ Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Generously spray a large, rimmed baking sheet with oil. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with sauce, spread out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake, stirring every 15 minutes to scrape up all of the browned bits and recoat potatoes, until very tender and deep golden brown, about 45 minutes total. Transfer to a platter, toss gently with onions and serve.
