Summer Shape Up

Join iFit head trainer, Natalie Vetica every weekday in June for a special Summer Shape Up program celebrating the launch of iFit Daily. Each workout is live streamed to Google+ and YouTube every weekday at 10 a.m. MDT. You can always complete the workout later by accessing the iFit Daily Archive.

Natalie will guide you through a new workout every weekday specifically designed to keep your body guessing. iFit Daily features a revolutionary training technique called concurrent training. Concurrent Training uses strength and cardio movements all in the same routine; giving you faster results, better overall weight loss and balanced muscle development. A balanced workout is the key to changing your body from the bottom of your toes to the top of your head.

About the Trainer


Natalie Vetica

iFit Head Trainer

Natalie Vetica was born and raised in sunny southern California. She earned her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University in 2006 where she played soccer for the Division I University. Natalie has worked as a personal trainer, Boot Camp Director, Personal Training Director, as well as the FreeMotion Fitness Education Manager. Natalie also appears in a the daily workout show, iFIT Daily.

Natalie is a nationally accredited Fitness professional and is passionate about improving and changing lives through fitness. She is certified in NASM-CPT, iFIT, RapidFit, Rip:60, InclineFit, Vibration, FreeMotion Cable and Incline Training. She is also a certified Biomechanics Trainer through Intelligent Training Systems.
