whole wheat cinnamon swirl bread, high fiber granola, your favorite fruit with almond butter, rice cakes

6. BREAD

7. CANDY

fruit (it’s nature’s version of candy after all), noix

8. PIZZA

9. CHIPS

sparkling water or seltzer splashed with juice
