INGREDIENTS
  • 1 spray butter cooking spray
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons cumin, divided
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1½ limes, juiced and divided
  • ¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • ¼ cup low-calorie mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon ground oregano
  • ¼ ounce dill, minced
  • ½ tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 wheat tortillas
  • 4 ounces shrimp, sautéed
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sauté shrimp in cooking spray, garlic, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon salsa, and juice from 1 lime.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, juice of ½ lime, remaining cumin, oregano, dill, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Serve in warm tortillas with shrimp, fresh cilantro, fresh limes, shredded cabbage, remaining salsa, and the yogurt sauce.
