INGREDIENTS
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Peel sweet potatoes, then cut into wedges.
  2. Place in 9×13″ pan. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon (or any combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, etc.)
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 400°F (200°C), turning once.
