- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Peel sweet potatoes, then cut into wedges.
- Place in 9×13″ pan. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon (or any combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, etc.)
- Bake for 35 minutes at 400°F (200°C), turning once.
