Hosted by iFit’s Head Trainer, Natalie Vetica, and joined by special guest Melanie Douglass, registered dietician. The focus of the show will be accomplishing small tasks to help you with your weight loss, and answering questions about eating clean, calorie counting, superfoods, and meal replacements.

Natalie Vetica

Natalie Vetica was born and raised in sunny southern California. She earned her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University in 2006 where she played soccer for the Division I University. Natalie has worked as a personal trainer, Boot Camp Director, Personal Training Director, as well as the FreeMotion Fitness Education Manager. Natalie also appears in a the daily workout show, iFIT Daily.

Natalie is a nationally accredited Fitness professional and is passionate about improving and changing lives through fitness. She is certified in NASM-CPT, iFIT, RapidFit, Rip:60, InclineFit, Vibration, FreeMotion Cable and Incline Training. She is also a certified Biomechanics Trainer through Intelligent Training Systems.

Registered Dietitian

Melanie Douglass is a registered dietitian, NASM-certified personal trainer, and AFAA-certified instructor. She directs new product development in fitness accessories for the largest fitness manufacturing company in the world, ICON Health & Fitness. Melanie has traveled internationally as a fitness presenter for leading industry trade shows such as: IDEA, DCAC, SCW MANIA, and Can-Fit-Pro events and has created, directed and starred in numerous workout DVDs and created unique new group exercise class formats for health clubs worldwide. She is also the Fitness Expert for the Salt Lake City NBC-affiliate morning TV show, Studio 5, and has written two best-selling diet books: Losing it! Five Keys to Successful Weight Loss that Work, and Tip-a-Day Guide for Healthy Eating.

Karen Ansel, M.S., R.D.N., C.D.N. is a nutrition consultant, journalist and author specializing in nutrition, health and wellness. Karen’s expert nutrition advice appears in leading magazines, websites and newspapers worldwide. She gratuated from Duke University where she majored in pyschology and received her Masters of Science in clinical nutrition from New York University. Karen is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and belongs to several dietetic practice groups.

She is a regular contributor to national women’s, health and cooking magazines, Karen’s meal plans, diet advice, recipes and healthy eating articles and has been featured in Cooking Light, Fitness, Shape, Oprah, Weight Watchers, Family Circle, All You, Prevention, Parade, Woman’s Day and Women’s Health.
