Ingredients

  • 1 pound sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Peel and cube potatoes. Place in 2-quart pot.
  2. Boil for 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, then whip until smooth.
  4. Serve hot.
