Natalie Vetica

iFit Head Trainer

Natalie Vetica was born and raised in sunny southern California. She earned her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University in 2006 where she played soccer for the Division I University. Natalie has worked as a personal trainer, Boot Camp Director, Personal Training Director, as well as the FreeMotion Fitness Education Manager. Natalie also appears in a the daily workout show, iFIT Daily.

Natalie is a nationally accredited Fitness professional and is passionate about improving and changing lives through fitness. She is certified in NASM-CPT, iFIT, RapidFit, Rip:60, InclineFit, Vibration, FreeMotion Cable and Incline Training. She is also a certified Biomechanics Trainer through Intelligent Training Systems.

Alicia Shay

Dietician and Running Coach for the Run S.M.A.R.T Project

Alicia Shay, 30, of Flagstaff, Arizona, is a two-time NCAA Division I collegiate 10,000m champion (2003 and 2004) and record holder from Stanford University. Shay went on to become the U.S. 20,000m champion in 2007, with a time of 1:06:56. In the USA Olympic 10,000m Trials, she placed 4th overall.

Along with her racing, Alicia is a coach with the Run S.M.A.R.T project, which provides personalized programs for runners of all levels, including training plans, private coaching, nutritional advice and running retreats. Shay offers detailed nutritional analysis and advice to her client-athletes.

Lisa Renee has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. She has worked in health clubs and training facilities, developing and managing health and fitness programs for all populations, from competitive athletes to those with special needs. Throughout her career, Lisa Renee has worked with numerous medical, research, and athlete training professionals. Lisa Renee has a BS in Exercise Science and graduate work at the International Center for Aquatic Research at the United States Olympic Training Center.

As part of the education team for FreeMotion Fitness and Stages, Lisa Renee has worked to develop training and education programs for the international clientele, and is an international presenter on functional training. Lisa Renee has specialty training is the areas of sport specific program design, endurance training for distance athletes, power and speed training for track and field, vibration exercise, muscle activation techniques, corrective exercise, mobility training, power based training for cyclists.

Lisa Renee is also a professional road cyclist, who continues to develop her training philosophy through her own years of training and competition. Lisa Renee is among a family of adventurists, including her husband who has climbed Mt. Everest and who set a world record for the fastest team row across the Indian Ocean.
