Jamie Walker is the founder of Fit Approach and CEO and founder of SweatGuru. Jamie is a bootcamp and yoga instructor as well as ultra marathon runner.

Mario Fraioli is a senior editor at Competitor magazine and author of the Official Rock ‘n’ Roll Guide to Marathon & Half-Marathon Training. He was the men’s marathon coach for Costa Rica at last summer’s Olympic Games in London.

Jessica Matthews
American Council on Exercise

Jessica Matthews, MS is a fitness educator for the American Council on Exercise. She is a fitness blogger for SHAPE, Weight Watchers and Fitbie and is an ACE-certified health coach, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Jessica is also a yoga teacher and adjunct professor at MiraCosta College, teaching courses in the Department of Kinesiology, Health and Nutrition.
