- Workout: Since cellulite is fat, working out properly will reduce cellulite. Leg workouts done with or without weights are an awesome way to train to get more toned legs. Incline Training is also very powerful for fat loss and muscle contraction, especially in the butt and thighs.
- Massage: Massaging the area with cellulite can help add circulation and help break up the fluids under the skin, making cellulite less noticeable.
