A great morning smoothie with plenty of protein!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup banana
  • 1/8 cup vanilla whey protein
  • 1/8 cup chocolate almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Peel and break banana in half, throw in blender.
  2. Add a scoop of vanilla whey protein.
  3. Add chocolate almond milk.
  4. Add a tablespoon of flaxseed oil.
  5. Add ½ cup crushed ice, if desired.
  6. Blend until smooth. Poor into a glass and enjoy this tasty treat!
