A great morning smoothie with plenty of protein!
- 1 cup banana
- 1/8 cup vanilla whey protein
- 1/8 cup chocolate almond milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- Peel and break banana in half, throw in blender.
- Add a scoop of vanilla whey protein.
- Add chocolate almond milk.
- Add a tablespoon of flaxseed oil.
- Add ½ cup crushed ice, if desired.
- Blend until smooth. Poor into a glass and enjoy this tasty treat!
