INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup whole wheat pasta
  • 3 ounces mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ small chicken breast
  • Juice of ¼ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place pasta and vegetables in a pot with water to boil. Add salt to taste.
  2. Chop and mince garlic.
  3. Season chicken breast with salt, then rub the garlic all over the chicken.
  4. Add the lemon juice.
  5. Cook on a skillet until golden on both sides.
  6. Add soy sauce and sour cream.
  7. Finally, add pasta and vegetables. Mix, then serve.
