INGREDIENTI
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cucchiaino di cannella
  • 1/2 cucchiaino di sale
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar free applesauce
  • 2 cucchiai di lievito in polvere
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup fat free milk
COME ARRIVARE
  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Optional to add raisins or blueberries.
  2. Spread the mixture in a 9×9″ pan, lightly sprayed with non-stick spray.
  3. Cuocere in forno per 20-30 minuti.
  4. Serve directly from pan, or pour warm milk over it.
