INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup sugar free applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Add raisins or blueberries, if desired.
  2. Spread the mixture in a 9×9″ pan, lightly sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve directly from pan, or pour warm milk over the oatmeal.
