INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar free applesauce
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup fat free milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Optional to add raisins or blueberries.
  2. Spread the mixture in a 9×9″ pan, lightly sprayed with non-stick spray.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve directly from pan, or pour warm milk over it.
